Spiros Vasilis was opened in 1986. Spiros Polymeris is a specialist in the cuisine he had been taught, the french cuisine.
He established a french garden restaurant and with his son Odysseas are entirely dedicated to provide their guests the finest quality in the french cuisine and hospitallity.
Soon, the restaurant became the favourite place of friends and business people. It became the best choice for friendly dinners and other businesses.
